On the night of our Lord, wonders fill the sky.
Round about old Bethlehem, shepherds gather nigh.
Blazing star lights up the night leading to this place;
Humble stable of the dust, filled with sacred grace, filed with sacred grace.

Sages come from the east, following the star.
Bearing gifts and offerings, they will travel far.
Come to praise the Newborn King, prophesied of old,
Joy will fill their weary hearts more than e’er foretold, more than e’er foretold.

Silently, peacefully, came our Lord to earth.
Though the heavens shout for joy, quiet is His birth.
Hear the Spirit whispering time will start again.
Conquerer of sin and death, one day He shall reign, one day He shall reign.
