De leeuw mag dan slapen, maar dit nummer is springlevend! Het werd van oorsprong geschreven in het Zulu, maar de Engelstalige versie is over de hele wereld bij jong en oud gekend. De song is ook te horen in de beroemde tekenfilm The Lion King, wat de bekendheid ervan nog heeft vergroot.
