In some the Fool has a Flowering Staff, which provides the impetus for the first piece, The Flowering Staff. In others the Fool has a leaping, laughing dog. The little dog was my guide for the second piece, The Laughing Dog. And sometimes the Fool is found stepping off the side of a cliff, inspiring the third piece, Beyond the Abyss.
