Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Nathan M. Pontz. Christian,Christmas,Concert,Sacred. Score and parts. 7 pages. Nathan Pontz #2926685. Published by Nathan Pontz (A0.908547).

This simple arrangement of "The First Noel" for AATB sax quartet provides a beautiful group performance opportunity for sax players. Each part carries the melody at some point in the piece. The parts also avoid the more extreme registers of the saxophone, making this arrangement ideal for early intermediate musicians. However, the continual passing off of the melody and the brief imitative section towards the end of the piece will interest more advanced players as well. This arrangement works well in school concerts and recitals as well as in church services held throughout the Christmas season.

Full score and all parts included with purchase.

Duration: approx. 2 minutes

Instrumentation: AATB Sax Quartet (Alto Sax 1, Alto Sax 2, Tenor Sax, and Baritone Sax).
