Sukiyaki ("Ue o Muite Arukō" (上を向いて歩こう) is a song recorded by Japanese crooner Kyu Sakamoto, first released in Japan in 1961. The Japanese title translates as "I Look Up As I Walk", and has no relation to the English-language title! One of the best-selling singles of all time, this is a lovely, simple tune arranged for brass quartet.
