Rhythm section (guitar, piano, bass, drum set) parts include suggested rhythms, voicings, and bass lines in the first chorus, which can be used throughout the chart. This arrangement includes backgrounds during the solos and all melodies of the original tune, all of which can be used by soloists in their improvised solos.
This arrangement was designed to work well for programs with lesser experienced players or with non-standard instrumentation. Ranges were considered to fit middle school band programs.
