The . ensemble baroque ,,La Beata Olanda (Claudia Hoffmann, vl, Franziska Finckh, vla da gamba, Elisabeth Geiger, harpsichord) has recorded these wondeful sonatas now for the first time. International Record Review: ,,With aural hindsight, it is pretty clear that these are far more than merely violin sonatas. They show La Guerre to be among the avant-garde of her time. A welcome addition to the repertoire.
