It is meant for organ and choir to support the singing of the congregation, but is easy enough to learn as to allow use by congregations without the support of a choir. The entire purpose of this setting is to provide music that is easy enough for a congregation to learn and sing that they may do so entirely on their own, with only organ as support. The audio musical sample of the Sanctus is an example of this simplicity.
The PDF includes the score for organ and choir, as well as congregation parts which may be printed on both sides of 8"x10" cards to be left in the pews. However, the music has proven to be easy enough to learn that these cards may be unnecessary.
