Composed by Sir John Goss. Arranged by Todd Marchand. Christmas,Sacred. 8 pages. Con Spirito Music #6104065. Published by Con Spirito Music (A0.726107).

"See, Amid the Winter's Snow," also known as "Hymn for Christmas Day," is an English Christmas carol written by Edward Caswall (1814–1878), with music composed by Sir John Goss (1800–1880).

The text was first published in 1858 as part of a collection of poems by Caswall. Goss wrote the hymn tune "HUMILITY" to accompany the text in 1871, and the text and tune were published together that same year in Christmas Carols New and Old, compiled and edited by H.R. Bramley and Sir John Stainer (1840–1901).

This arrangement for three tenor trombones and bass trombone may also be performed very effectively by an ensemble of euphoniums and tuba or by cellos and bass.
