Published by Bill Malcolm (A0.786340).Quintet 3 for reeds (oboe, clarinet, soprano sax, bass clarinet, & bassoon) was transcribed from the original Wind Quintet version. The movements are: 1. Intrada (Allegro), 2. Introspection and Reverie (Andante), 3. Rondo Capriccioso (Allegro), and 4. Finale (Allegro). The style is 20th century tonal and the form is classical with recapitulations and all that sort of stuff. The sound bite is the 1st movement.
