Scored for SATB choir, piano, organ, and Bb trumpet, it is very upbeat, rhythmic, and somewhat syncopated, but not overly difficult for the voices. Choral harmonies are fairly straight-forward, dissonances occur mainly in the double keyboard accompaniment. Written for the composer's own church choir, it requires a competent pianist, organist, and trumpet soloist, but would make a wonderful addition to the post-Easter choral library of many churches.
