Composed by Flint Juventino Beppe. Contemporary. Score. 3 pages. The FJB Fingerprint #3033151. Published by The FJB Fingerprint (A0.990574).

In addition to being performed as a concert piece, this composition might fit as preludium or postludium at funeral services.

In 1985, at the age of 12, Flint Juventino Beppe composed the melody that later would appear in several of his works and productions. In 1991, he wrote «Prelude for the souls» based on this melody, but the organ work was not published until February 2015. Beppe has also used the melody in «Lyric Pieces» Op.32 and in the songs «Stille, Stille» / «Quiet, Quiet». According to Beppe, his contemplations around our seemingly limited time on earth prompted the melody into existence.
