proficient clarinet players, we have been playing together again whenever possible. As a composer and returning private teacher in retirement, my thoughts turned to writing us a trio. In March 2019 I traveled to London and Paris. The influences and moods of the heritage cultures are savored in the reminiscent character of this short piece. Hints of Debussy, Poulenc, Vaughn Williams and Ligeti are heard in the sonorous combination of three clarinets.
