Not for the faint-hearted, and not a quick learn. Also check the range, as it ascends to C5 in the top down to a rumbling D2 in the bass. However, I run along the lines that if I can get to the top and bottom, then dedicated sections will also be able to do so.
Complex splits in parts after the key change make this challenging to pull off, and adding in the body percussion makes this a real showstopper in a festival or competition. Melody bounces between top tenor and baritone, with harmonies provided by seconds and bass.
