The arrangement is a combination of the album version of the tune ( which was very straight and witty) and the live version (which had a horn section and was a lot funkier). We've classified this as advanced in difficulty due to a couple high notes in the first trumpet, french horn, and trombone--along with the need for everyone to have really solid time. Trumpets and trombone get most of the melody on this one. This will be a great opener to your Prince set (Zack's arrangements of "Little Red Corvette", "Purple Rain", "Delirious", "Raspberry Beret", "1999" and "When Doves Cry" are all available on this site).
