Composed by R H Baptiste. Folk. 25 pages. Ron Baptiste #4632235. Published by Ron Baptiste (A0.983844).A collection of original jigs for flute ensemble (picc, 3 soprano, alto, bass flutes). It begins with a slip jig, rather quick paced (after the brief intro), in 9/8 time but generally counted in 3. The second part is a regular jig in 6/8, and the finale is a scottish jig, also in 6/8. Rather a long piece, over 5 minutes, this was originally meant to be submitted to the Galway Flute Festival composer's competition (2019), but I eventually chose Early Morning Stroll instead.
