Brass Ensemble - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.965329

By Amy Grant. By Carl Marsh and Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Todd Anderson. Christian,Contemporary. Score and parts. 37 pages. Todd Anderson #3820355. Published by Todd Anderson (A0.965329).

This wildly popular cantata by Bach was reimagined by Amy Grant in 1983 on her album "A Christmas Album" which certified both gold and platinum by 1989. The piece starts off soft and sweet with the Horn and Trombone progressing through the melody before breaking into a variation of the piece stylized into a fast Irish Jig that will leave the audience with their jaws on the floor. If you have a brass quintet that you want to show off and leave the audience awe-struck this holiday season, this is the piece for you.
