Flute,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.908171

Composed by Richard Storrs Willis. Arranged by Rebecca Maughan Cook. Christmas,Sacred,Spiritual. Score and part. 9 pages. Rebecca Maughan Cook #4887955. Published by Rebecca Maughan Cook (A0.908171).

This gorgeous arrangement is for early advanced flute and early advanced piano. The flute is usually the melody, but in the second verse plays a quiet countermelody to the piano.  This contains both the flute solo music and the accompaniment.

There are three verses to this and the key change going into the third verse is absolutely lovely. I wrote an additional melody to the song that is used in the 2nd and 3rd verses instead of the traditional middle part. The flute part briefly reaches up to a high A.

When people have heard this arrangement the top comments they say are 'beautiful and peaceful' and 'I really liked when you changed keys'.  Makes me happy!

Please listen to the recording. You'll love it!
