Composed by Frederic Bacon-Shone. Christian,Sacred. Octavo. 3 pages. Heather Bacon-Shone #2218079. Published by Heather Bacon-Shone (A0.886418).

This setting of 17th-century Bishop Thomas Ken's words for SATB choir and organ (or piano) works equally well as an introit or a prayer invocation / response. Bishop Ken also wrote the words for the famous doxology that so many churches use - this is a nice alternative when variety is needed. The harmonies and keyboard accompaniment are simple and accessible. Excellent for all levels of church choirs.

Your purchase benefits the Frederic Bacon-Shone Memorial Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to inspire future generations of students through arts education at K-12 public schools.  Visit us at www.facebook.com/DrBMemorial.

This is a 2016 Choral Contest Entry.
