Composed by George Botsford. Arranged by C. Burdzinski. 20th Century,Folk,Ragtime,Traditional. 17 pages. Carrie Burdzinski #3478645. Published by Carrie Burdzinski (A0.892009).

George Botsford wrote "Hyacinth Rag" in 1911. This woodwind quintet arrangement opens with oboe in a minor key followed by the melody, requiring some fast keywork on the part of the oboist. A pretty flute accompaniment adds an airy feel to the oboe line. In the second section the flute performs a series of runs, and is answered by the clarinet and horn. A trio section pairs flute with horn and clarinet with bassoon. The piece concludes with a return to the second section. Run time is approximately 2:30.

Sheet music includes conductor's score plus individual parts for flute, oboe, Bb clarinet, French horn, and bassoon.
