By Jess Glynne. By Ina Wroldsen, Jack Patterson, Janee Bennett, and Jessica Glynee. Arranged by Charles Beale. A Cappella,Pop. Octavo. 16 pages. Charliebmusic #5309389. Published by charliebmusic (A0.865871).

'Hold my Hand' is a 2015 high energy dance pop song from UK singer Jess Glynne, and was a massive number 1 hit in the UK. It did less well in the US, but featured in a Coke advert. It was also shortlisted for "Song of the Year" in the 2015 BBC Music Awards.

This upbeat, a cappella-tinged arrangement aims to capture the 'four on the floor' house music energy of the original in the vocal parts. The lyric is about how 'together' is better than 'alone', and works both as a conventional 'teen love' pop song around 'hold my hand', and as a wider message to the world.
