The first arrangement is very easy, while the second is a little bit more complex and interesting.
You can choose the arrangement that is more adapted for your level of ability and enjoy the music from the first moment you play. All the arrangements include finger numbers, pedaling and chord symbols (if you know triads chords you can look at the chord symbols in the score to help you read the notes and memorize them, but you can absolutely play the score also if you don't know triads chords).
