Organ and trumpet flourishes prepare, support, and alternate with several repeated choral flourishes on the text “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here, he is risen! Alleluia!” Lives up to all one might expect from an Easter Introit. At just under two minutes, it would serve well as a choral introit before the processional hymn. Handbells can be substitued for Orchestra Chimes/Tubular Bells.
