Athmospheric voicings of the well knowns chords set the tone for a slow and eerie interpretation that features the basses with most of the melody. The other parts accompany with sighing glissandi and polyphonic phrases that culminate in a powerful bridge. Sopranos have only few optional splits. Altos, sopranos and tenors sing in comfortable ranges while the basses are set a little higher now and then (top note d4).
