'Oliver' opened on London's West End in 1960. This musical by Lional Bart is now regarded as one of the biggest and most successful among the british musicals. A musical movie premiered in 1968, also featuring the music of Lionel Bart. The musical is based upon the novel 'Oliver Twist' by Chales Dickens. 'Consider Yourself' is the most well-known song from the musical and works perfectly also as a march. This arrangement is the first one for flexible instrumentation.
