Note especially the fantastic fugue that constitutes the third movement, and the delectable sicilienne of the fourth movement. This is the concerto that Bach arranged as his Organ Concerto No 3 (BWV 596), but Vivaldi's original version is fleeter and has greater rhythmic drive (although, in various places, Bach's example was followed in regard to realization of the figured bass and ornamentation).
This is part of Kaplan's project to arrange great classics for woodwind quintet, of which several arrangements have now been completed. The woodwind quintet has the intimacy of chamber music, yet is ideal to bring out the individual lines of contrapuntal pieces such as fugues. (Note that Kaplan's woodwind-quintet arrangement of the six Mozart-Bach Preludes and Fugues, K. 404a, is also available on this website, and the publication of others is in the works.).
