This chart includes chord changes that can also be used by any chordal instrument like guitar and rhythm cues that can be used by drums & percussion. There is a hard ending instead of the fade out on the  recording.
The keyboard part is arranged so that it catches horns & organ so that one player can make the arrangement sound full.
