This arrangement for Solo Horn and brass band like the 1996 arrangement omits the guitar solo and the key change of the 1996 version but includes various interjections from Soprano Cornet and Solo Horn. The scoring in 12/8 throughout allows a more consistent sense of flow in and out of the Rachmaninov middle section as well as reducing the reliance on rubato.
