Composed by Spiritual. Arranged by S.R.Geer, ASCAP. Spiritual. 5 pages. Suzanne Geer #6113351. Published by Suzanne Geer (A0.999935).

The spiritual I've Got Peace Like a River was the inspiration in writing a song of tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr.  Originally, this song was written for kindergarten students as a way to teach them all of the good things Dr. King did in his lifetime. It then evolved to having students in grades k - 5 sing it every January in honor of the MLK national holiday.  There is also a choral arrangement of this song available for purchase.   .

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
