By Christina Perri. By Christina Perri and David Hodges. Arranged by Jeff Fritz. Classical,Contemporary,Film/TV,Pop,Wedding. Score and parts. 13 pages. OnTheFritz #686367. Published by OnTheFritz (A0.1082222).

This beautiful string quartet arrangement of Christina Perri's A Thousand Years was written for the Twilight Saga films, and utilizes the wonderful colors inherent to this classic instrumentation. This gently, lilting song is perfect for any formal event due to its somber and subdued nature, but obviously we use this particular arrangement especially for weddings and is always an audience favorite to due its recognizability. As with all my arrangements the parts are written to be playable for intermediate players but still enjoyable and worthwhile for even the most advanced performers. My works are edited thoroughly, including cohesive bowings.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
