What I have here is an 8 note minor scale that you can incorporate into your playing. It has chromaticism and musicality and will add interest to your playing beyond just diatonic scales, pentatonics and blues scales. I started looking into this scale so as to create more interesting ideas for soloing over funk, R&B or pop tunes - but I also found I could use it in jazz too.
