Here is Purcell's classic Trumpet Tune, arranged for intermediate handbell choir. It would be a great opening piece of your concert or service when you want a quick fanfare, or as a filler in a program of other bell music. Great for teaching dotted-eighth / sixteenth rhythms and baroque style, and even has a few trills for your high bell players! Playable by 3 octave choirs, but scored for up to 5 octaves with optional d8.
Field tested by the PraisRingers, the middle school handbell ensemble of First Baptist Church Keller TX.
