SKU: GI.G-8590

Arranged by Austin C. Lovelace. Eastertide, Easter Sunday. Choral. Tune Name: Vruechten. Sacred. Octavo. 12 pages. GIA Publications #8590. Published by GIA Publications (GI.G-8590).

UPC: 785147859000. English. Text by G. R. Woodward.

A straightforward setting of the beloved annual hymn, this is classic Lovelace, with an unaccompanied passage and descant for two trumpets on the final stanza. Interesting-but-accessible harmonic paths are taken in the later verses. If you don’t quite have the numbers to take on a full SATB setting—or even if you do—this is for you!
