Sax Quartet - Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bari, optional Bass and Drums - Intermediate - Digital Download
Composed by W.C. Handy (1873-1958). Arranged by K. Wayne Land. Jazz, Blues, Swing. Score, Set of Parts. 23 pages. Published by Kenneth Wayne Land (S0.391865).

Item Number: S0.391865

Great Saxophone Quartet treatment of this legendary classic blues.  Starts very slow, then a rubato section and then drives a little more at each section with a more uptempo ending.  This includes bass and drum parts but they are totally optional.  The chart works nicely without the added rhythm.  Very interesting blues lines throughout make this a definite winner on your next program.
