This arrangement is great for students in level 1 and 2A books of Faber or Bastien curricula, and is 1:25 long. It keeps the hands stationary by moving the melody move between right and left hand parts while still creating a waltz feel with more substance. To avoid a bare bones sound you will hear the use of staccato accompaniment, slurs, and ritardandos. Practice playing 5 finger scales switching between loud and soft, and staccato and legato for more expression.
