Run to the Manger

This is a great, upbeat song with some challenging timing. My choir was unaccustomed to sing a Capella until I began directing them a few years ago so we are taking it in segments to learn.

good introduction for them to sing something more up-beat than the usual hymns they do for Christmas.

We all really enjoyed this piece. Sometimes strictly interpreting the rhythms tripped us up a bit--ultimately we relied on intuition to move forward. Lots of fun--not too difficult. Sure to make you smile.

60 members of our Chorale love this piece. Easy, fun to sing. We think it will be fun to listen to. It will be a break in a heavier part of our program this year. Good acappella choir required. We love it.
