Beautiful, but notation is hard to read
This piece sounds like improvisation of jazzy tune. Some of the harmonization are pretty cool, and makes this relatively short piece interesting to play and listen. However, musical notations are hard to follow in some parts. Particularly in a use of dotted quarter notes which don't count in a down beat. Rather than writing in 8th note with tie (which I believe a typical and correct way), it simply use dotted quarter note without consideration of up/down beat. There are many of those in this piece, very annoying (I have to keep counting beat, but imagine this happens not only RH but BOTH Hands!!). I would recommend you listen to the music a lot first to learn by ear, then, go to the sheet music, so that you know the tune well enough without constantly counting the beat while reading the music. Also if you look at the position of the notes within the measure and relationship between RH & LH, you can get a general sense of on which beat a note falls in.
