This book has some great songs - but it sure gives the fingers a work out! The Palmer-Hughes accordion course is excellent.

  • September 13, 2011 good but dated

palmer-hughe's accordion course id good in that it has a lot of content but which is a bit dated, unfortunately explains but doesn't really help with problems of getting around the chord buttons.

  • April 18, 2003 Best Accordion Course

I would highly recommend any of the books in the Palmer Hughes Accordion Course series to any teacher or person who wants to learn to play the accordion. The songs and instructions throughout the entire series are great. The series does an excellent job on building the skills of the...

student, providing exercises to increase skill and then applying them with fun well written arrangements of songs. You won't regret getting this book or any of the other Palmer/Hughes course books. Seth Hickel Carolina Accordionists Association
