Very affordable
As with all Schirmer this edition is very affordable, yet is therefore of low-quality. The paper quality is low, blinding white, and thin. The printing quality is epescially low in this edition - you shouldn't be able to see the printer run out of ink, and be restocked repeatedly throughout the book. The binding does not matter so much as the landscape layout means there's enough weight on either side to hold itself open

no fingering
I should have looked more closely for the fingering. Why on earth would anyone make an edition of a fugue without some helpful fingering? Now it's covered with my fingering and that was very time consuming. It's my fault, but for sure I will not buy Schirmer again!
