By Henry Mancini. Arranged by Larry Conger. Jazz. Individual part. 4 pages. Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music #3042249. Published by Larry Conger/Dulcimerican Music (A0.509650).

“Moon River” was made popular by Andy Williams in 1962. It was written by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer. The song won an Academy Award as Best Original Song for its performance by Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”

This intermediate level dulcimer arrangement is tabbed in 1-5-8 or DAD tuning, in the key of D. The 1+ fret present in a couple of measure can be played as an open string, should you not have an extra 1+ fret on your dulcimer. A general knowledge of three finger chords will be useful when learning to play this arrangement.

Tablature, standard musical notation, guitar accompaniment chords and lyrics are included with the download.
