This book has the student(s) practice finding the various notes without swooping. Intervals are practiced - thirds, fourths fifths, octaves - and the ability to hear the jumps is strengthened. The book is good for all ages. It can be done by a soloist, but would be more fun done with...

a group. I can easily see how this would benefit any choir from ages elementary to adult.
