I was so happy to find this piece on the Sheet Music Plus website. The price was "correct" and the shipping was less expensive than the other sheet music websites I searched. The publisher is Ricordi. There are a few different publications for this piece, but I did not see...

them on Sheet Music Plus but Ricordi is just fine. I was glad to get the piece quickly and inexpensively. That's value! I consider this piece a fun "bravura" piece. I am a professional flutist and I like to have a piece like this on concert programs.

I ordered a copy of Morlachhi's Il Pastore Svizzero and having accomplised the first two pages I am now progressing onto the next two which involves a lot of time and effort into it. This is an extremely difficult but beutiful piece and I would suggest you try it...

if you are someone who would put a lot of hard work and persiverence into it! I am about to do my Grade 8 practical in flute and am thrilled that I'm getting the opportunity to perform this piece for my Advanced Music Practical.The Piano accompainement goes extremely well with the flute part and gives a great feeling to the piece. Brilliant piece Morlacchi!!!
