I usually don't like to assign adaptations of the classics, but this one is very nice. Instead of sixteenth notes, this adaptation uses eighth notes. I offer this to any student who feels comfortable with eighth notes, obviously. I show the original and the adaptation side by side, and the more intrepid ones might just choose the original for the coolness factor, but the comparison is useful simply to indicate that sixteenth notes don't always have to be played at breakneck speed! For ease of reading, though, this is a great introduction to the classic piece---it just has the main theme, which serves as a teaser to learn the rest of the piece, if the student feels emboldened. Bravo!

Truly an easy arrangement - exactly what every child would like to have. They all want to play the piece, but get an enormous fright when they see the original. Written in eighth-notes instead of the usual sixteenth notes, it is visually easier to read.

As a church organist weddings are one of the reasons I find myself searching for music. This was the case, a bride asked for Fur Elise for her wedding. I found myself searching the Sheet Music Plus website for that piece of music. My bride is happy and I am happy with my find. It is an easy piece of music and will be ready for the wedding.
