  • December 19, 2011 Great work.

This is a great piece of music for a wide range of musicians. A high school student can impress a judge of any sort with this work and a college student can sure do wonders with this piece to impress their professors. This piece is a typical Concerto, so don...

't expect many lyrical lines where musicality can be shown off. Nothing is over the top challenging in this, but matching Stamitz's idea of the piece could prove to be a little harder than one expects! This is definitely a tune I will pull out and play again in he future when I'm looking for a fun piece!

This piece was recommended to me for the first movement. Overall, it's a great solo for an intermediate player like me. Great audition piece!

  • June 06, 2007 Third movement is amazing!

My favorite movement is the third. It moves really smoothly bouncing up to the high notes happily! Buy this solo!
