Composed by Lori Archer Sutherland. Classical,Contemporary,Contest,Festival. Score. 6 pages. Lori Archer Sutherland #5357965. Published by Lori Archer Sutherland (A0.765056).

A second copy of the performance score may be made so each player has a copy. For horn duet Stately and majestic, "August Park" begins with a fanfare. From there, it moves into the first section, with the first part taking the melody and the second part providing harmony and occasional calls back to the fanfare. The middle section goes into a slower, reverential melody in the second part, with the first part now providing accompaniment. After a nod to the opening fanfare, the theme from the first section returns with a few modifications. Suitable for solo and ensemble contests, recitals, and other concert performances.
