I used Dozen A Day as a young student, and love the series for my students as well. It is a good introduction to piano technique.

This is an excellent preparatory book for adults. It is easy for the beginner whose hands can play the C major chord. I highly recommend it.

I have used this book in my teaching for 30 years. I usually use book one and two at least. She presents new concepts (staccato, etc) in one line way before the student attempts it in a piece. It seems to stick that way and students love it. No one...

ever hates to do their warm-ups. Janice
