Review of chord time popular
Love the selections in this book. Things like The Entertainer and songs that most people of all ages know. It is written well for a late beginner.

Great Popular Solo pieces!
This book has a nice combination of newer and older songs....great for students of this generation to learn some songs of the past, as well as some of today.

Saves boredom from lesson books by faber
From an upbeat rock song to a lyrical waltz, this will be great for late-elementary pianists!

High interest, familiar songs
This book has saved several of my students from absolute boredom with the standard lesson books (not Faber). It is a breath of fresh air for the kids to see familiar songs and this book seems to have at least a half dozen that all my students know. A great way to learn basic chords in C,F and G in a fun way. Good for teen beginners.

ChordTime Popular
These arrangements have been simplified to make them accessible to emerging players. That does not mean that they need to be bland and this has been avoided by clever bits of more sophisticated harmony here and there. The essence of the song is not lost, even though the arrangement is easy. I appreciated the fingering suggestions and also the size of the notation. As an older player, I have difficulty with reading small type. Not a problem here!
