An Exciting and Challenging Piece

I recently read through this piece with a university music department wind band and even with a few parts missing found it and exciting and exhilarating piece to play. Challenges are rushing scales in the upper woodwinds and syncopated, almost rocky, rhythms for all, including some time changes.
