Chromatic patterns abound in this aptly named solo, yet they fall into the C major and F major five-finger positions. Easy syncopation in the right hand adds to the ragtime feel. The left hand avoids the large leaps that are typical of this sytle, making this piece accessible for late elementary students of all ages.

Ragtime Chromatics.......
5 STARS! This is another Rag, sounds great but is very easy to learn, may need to learn it HS (Hans Separate) at first, but I doubt it, this one will help you to learn to use the Chromatic Scale in playing/practing this one, great etude work study piece for any Late Elementary student of any age, the left hand part is east to play no hard reaching, the right hand part is nice melody and some Chromatics work...it's a very 'RAG' sound to it..enjoy playing!
