Gives lots of lessons to practice at each stage. The 'how-to' instructions are limited which implies that the book assumes you are taking lessons from a teacher.

This book is a must for anyone learning to play classical guitar . It is a perfect and precise method for progressing on technique and understanding , as well as very enjoyable in its musicality .

I am a public school music teacher in Utah looking for a book I could use in my guitar classes. I'm a percussionist, not a guitar player. This is a great book by Mr. Sagreras. It's mostly scale and arpeggio exercises in first position using a variety of rhythmic variations. (G maj., Cmaj., e min.) It also contains some chord stuff. I definetly plan on using this to augment my curriculum.
